my first Blog

I've never really known how to do this, writing about what i do, where i do it and and how i do it. i have never kept a diary before and so keeping a blog will be a different experience. I will try to look at things as an outsider looking in...through many perspectives. As a Cameroonian in the diaspora i will always be looking at things from that angle with cultural differences as well as contemporary issues together with my life. i will try to keep track of most things and i hope whoever is reading this blog will get to enjoy it.

Anyway let me start with YES HE DID IT!!!!!..I am still in a trance and in a state of disbelief that Barack Obama is the President of the United States. its amazing and it goes to show that anything is possible. if you put your mind to it and with a bit of luck here and there ...you can make it. thats one of the beauties about the United States...the American Dream. its something that everybody in the US aspires to. the difference is for some the skies the limit while for others the limit's  the sky. for some people its just getting a house, a car while for others its becoming a movie star of for some like Barack Obama..its the White House. Thats why it is the land of opportunity , not the land of milk and honey.What is my American Dream? I am still trying to figure mine out. Every day is a step towards that dream. hopefully i will get there someday.
