okay okay okay

I've not done this in ages and i admit i've been really lazy..thats how i am i am a brilliant procrastinator..anyway i am trying to look in slightly better shape than i am ...so i am trying a training program called P90X. i have to say its terrible. week one i have never felt so bad in a long time. at least at the moment i'm feeling a bit better. that said i am learning the lesson of commitment. trying to be committed to something no matter how tough the going is. i suppose life is in itself one long chain of commitments, we are committed to our spouses, our families as a whole, our jobs, out nation, our religon, our beliefs but most importantly to ourselves. commitment is a wonderful word and a wonderful thing. the problem with commitment arises when in our zeal to protect some of our commitments we develop tunnel vision and become bigoted and intolerant.

Life nin addition to being one long commitment is a continious learning experience. We learn every day, every hour, every minute, every second. we are better for it for by each day we learn something new
